Group session

You wish to benefit from our expertise at a lower price, and train with your friends, group sessions are for you!

Our small-group classes foster a supportive environment where everyone is invested in each other's success. Accountability and camaraderie are at the heart of Fittify, making it easier to stay consistent, inspired, and committed to reaching your goals.

You have an already consituted group of friend and you want to train all together? No problem, just contact us and we will make it happen! We know that getting friends together is not easy, we will offer flexible scheduling to fit training into your day.

Individual session

Wether you are looking to build muscles, loose some weight, strengthen your body according to doctor recommendations, build a strong and resilient mind or simply have a good time, we are here to support you and reach your goal !

Our first session together will include a in-depth discussion on your personal history, your goal, and the difficulties that you previously encountered in your fitness journey. We will design together a plan that corresponds to your goal, your lifestyle and capacities.

We will review frequently our plan to adapt it according to your achievements, and how your goal evolves as our work together unfolds.
